Skipping/Repeating songs

Spotify started skipping or repeating songs within 20 seconds and nothing I've done is fixing the issue. It happens on my ipad and PlayStation 4. Not touching anything, it skips or won't start. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared cache and logged out and back in. Please help.

Just to confirm, do you exprerience the same issue if you log into your PS4 with a different account?

I had my account removed and a new one with my info/playlists switched over. It was my whole account acting up regardless of the platform. Thank you though.
