Smart Link is Terrible and I Cannot Turn it Off

I am in a Ford and my spotify keeps connecting to it via SmartDeviceLink and IT IS DRIVING ME CRAZY. I DO NOT WANT SMART LINK. HOW DO I TURN IT OFF. Seriously, how can I stop this? There is a persistent notification and it's messing up my Bluetooth connection.
