Someone is using my account

I need a little help with this issue.

My account was created with my Facebook account, so when I discover that someone upgrade my premium access to a family access I try to change the password but I can only do this throw Facebook...

I change 3 times my facebook password and I continues have this issue that someone uses in other devices or computer my account.

I m very upset about that Spotify doesnt have any type of comunication to resolve this, so I have no other way to have an answer that someone in this forum give me an advice.

Hi @huib, Yes I do it.

 

I do it very times and it's seems like nothing happen, because when i do this the other day, when I re-log in I see that someone log in more fast than me.

 

I considerate that there was a mistake with Spotify and many users mixed up. Because its impossible that some hack me three times my facebook in one day in less than 5 minutes.

 

I hope that someone have some contact with the authority in Spotify to resolve this. 

 

If tomorrow I have problems AGAIN, I really considerate to sign out my Spotify Account forever.
