Song File stuck in local files

Spotify Version: 1.0.24.104.g92a22684

Description: I have a song stuck in my local files and cannot delete it or remove in any way. I also cannot find it on my computer since I deleted the entire album from my computer so that song should not be showing up at all. I want to redownload the album from Spotify but it keeps replacing one of the songs from the album with the one stuck in local files since the file names are the same, but they are 2 different versions.

I've now got this problem, I tried reinstalling, but to no result. Is there another solution?
