Song is playing, can't hear on computer

New to this whole Community.  I use Chrome.  My Spotify was running fine until yesterday when I had to clear ALL my cache and cookies.  Now, the song is playing, I can't hear it.  I have selected Web Player.  I even have it on my Phone.  I hear it on my phone but when I select Listen on Computer I can't hear it.

That's odd. Let's get to the bottom of this. Just to check, have you followed all steps here to enable the Web Player? Let me know how you get on!
