Sonos system continually drops off the list of "connect to" devices

Does anyone know why my sonos system continually drops off the list of "connect to" devices in the desktop app on 1 PC only? It still works on my phone, tablets,  it still works on my wifes PC.

All other devices are listed, only the Sonos drops off.

A reboot of the PC will fix it but then it drops again.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, reauthorizing to no avalil.

Hey @Raydiognome and welcome to our Community!

It's not cool that this happens. Let us know the model of your Sonos device. Also, are you getting any error messages? If so, a screenshot would help.

You can try resetting your Internet router and see if it makes any difference.

Keep us posted.

Erkia,

Thanks for the response.

My Sonos system consists of 1-Bridge, 2- Amps ,2 - Play 5s , 3 - Play 3s,
1- Play 1 Latest Rev of Sonos software 7.1.

I have the Spotify app (1.0.49.125.g72ee7853) installed on my PC, my wifes
PC, a spare PC, both our phones & tablets.

Windows 10, Norton AV on all PCs, Android tablets and phones

Just to reiterate the issue:

Regularly, while using the Spotify App on my PC, it may show that I'm
playing spotify on my Sonos group "Office+4" but if I were to open my Sonos
app and switch to say Sirius radio or a local file then the "My Office+4"
group and any other Sonos components drop off the list of devices I can
connect to.

All other devices are shown, my phone, my echo dots, the PCs. Just not my
Sonos.

However, on all my other PCs, phones and tablets the Sonos "My Office+4"
group is still avalaible and works just fine. All other device can "see"
and list each other in the Spotify app. I have not seen Sonos components
drop from any other app.

The issue seems to be related to just my one PC.

I have so far tried:

1] Reset the router

2] Turned off and unplugged EVERY network device in the house, reset the
router and then re-connected everything

3] Changed my IP range to force new IP addresses

4] Reauthorized my Spotify in the Sonos App

5] Uninstalled Spotify, scoured the registry and deleted ant reg entries
realted to Spotify, then reinstalled

6] Logging in and out of the Spotify App

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Thanks
