Why did I get an email for the "three months premium for $9.99" deal if I'm not ellegible?

We've received reports from users having troubles availing of the offer for 3 months of Premium in the price of 1. No worries, we've passed this on to the right teams and they'll be looking into it.
First, keep in mind that Premium users who reverted to Free before the 15th of April are eligible for this offer.
If you are eligible for this offer, and you're seeing an error message that you aren't, we'd recommend giving the following a try:
Also having this issue. Tried all of the recommended things above to no avail. Originally tried on my Samsung S8 with wifi, then tried incognito mode on 4g, and tried on chrome and firefox on my laptop. Nothing 💔. Similar to above, I've not had premium since February so definitely eligible!
