Why did I get an email for the "three months premium for $9.99" deal if I'm not ellegible?

And no, it's not because I canceled premium after April 15th. I haven't even had it for three months.
Got the same exact email earlier today. Went to redeem it and got the same error.
We've received reports from users having troubles availing of the offer for 3 months of Premium in the price of 1. No worries, we've passed this on to the right teams and they'll be looking into it.
First, keep in mind that Premium users who reverted to Free before the 15th of April are eligible for this offer.

None of the troubleshooting methods worked for me. Tried on incognito mode on Chrome iOS and also tried switching to mobile data from my WiFi.
Also tried on my Windows 10 desktop but nada
edit: forgot to mention I haven’t been premium since November so I should be eligible
Non of the troubleshoot worked for me.
not a premium user since Feb so should be eligible. Appreciate update upon rectifying the problem
Same issue in Ireland. Very disappointing to get an email offer and then cannot avail of it.
Same issue in Finland and I tried all the steps
Same issue in Romania. Tried all of the steps to no avail.
Same problem in Czechia, I'm not premium user since end of March so I should be eligible. I tried everything.
