Every time I turn the TV on and load the Spotify app, it tells me I have to log back in.

This is very annoying.  Please advise how to stay logged in permanently.

Welcome to the Community.

 

Let's try first making sure you have the latest firmware on your TV. If it's not up to date, you can get the latest version following these steps.

 

After this has been done, uninstall Spotify's TV and and reinstall it.
