My account says it is incorrect username and password when I try to login with facebook. When I try to sign up with facebook to test whether it works, it says the same message of "Unable to login, either username or password incorrect. Have you signed up for a spotify account?". I can see my account from my friends page and it is there, it is just not letting me on. When I click change password, it does not send it to my e-mail. When I click on account information, it shows me an error message. I created a new account to see if my facebook will connect with it and I get an error page that literally reads "OK" and that's all. I have emailed support@spotify.com and I have heard nothing. There are no phone numbers to call. I tweeted at their spotify cares account and have heard nothing back. This kind of customer service for $9.99 a month? I haven't been able to get on for a week, I better not have to pay for this.

Some other post say it is a hacking problem. I would really like to be informed if this is true as my payment information is on that account and faster than 48 hours, Spotify team.
