My Question or Issue

 

Spotify connect is not working when trying to connect to any device.  I can only connect via by bluetooth.  This all happened all of a sudden at 5:30pm Est time.

We really appreciate taking the time to add your reports here in the Community about issues with Spotify Connect in the app and playback on the Web Player.

 

Our tech teams have done their magic backstage and it should be now fixed.

 

Since everything should be running smooth now, we'll close this Ongoing Issue report as Fixed.

 

However, if you're having troubles, don't hesitate to give us a shout in the related Help Board. We'll be happy to lend a hand there.

So, uhmmmm, I have no idea how or why, it started working again for no reason. Then stopped and started working again. Quite a roller-coaster of a 5 hours, I have to say!

My Question or Issue

I cannot get any sound when using the Audioquest Dragonfly Red and Spotify, all other players work fine, eg Youtube, Amazon Music, Windows Media player etc.

I have a MacBook Pro 2019 with Catalina 10.15.4 and could not connect my Sonos Beam Bar. It was working fine yesterday, but today is not. I am able to connect iPhone 7 and iPad to my Sonos speaker, but I am not able to connect my MacBook Pro to the Sonos Beam Bar. I follow the instructions to uninstall and re-install Spotify, but still is not working. I also did all the reseting needed to be done and still nothing works for my MacBook Pro. I am able to listen to the music through the Mac's own speaker but will not connect through the "Connect to a Device" pop up window. Music Please help.

I informed @SpotifyCares on Twitter and they seemed to have resolved the issue.  Not sure what they did or what the issue was, but hopefully it continues to work.

i do nothing, just write to support and they make me do a lot of test that
didn't work as expected, then like one hour ago just work again.
