Spotify Connect not connecting

As per title. Spotify Connect no longer connecting to Sonos devices from Android Phone, Win10 laptop. All troubleshooting steps followed to no avail. Spotify accessible through Sonos controller app.Have removed account, re-authorised etc. with no success. Premium family subscriber.

What devices, operating systems, and Spotify versions are you using on your devices? Also, what country are you currently in?

 

Lastly, can you let us know every troubleshooting step you tried so far?

 

We'll see what we can suggest once we have this info.

Hi - my environment is a combination win10 and android environment.


I have a selection of sonos - 1,5, playbar, sub


I've tried everything in software - restarts, re-establish connection etc.


I've re-booted everything from devices to routers/AP's.


Hope that's enough.

Just to confirm, do you have multiple speakers set up in the same network? Also, let us know the steps you take for this issue to happen? We'd like to test it out on our end.
