Spotify Connect sound dissapers on beoplay A6

The last 30 days i've been having issues, when playing music on my Beoplay A6 using spotify connect - the music appears to be playing but not sound are coming out.

The problem occours after a while.

Can you please help me?

We'll need a bit more info to see what we can suggest. What device, operating system, and Spotify version are you trying to Connect from?

 

Also, how long has this been happening? Do you have any issues using Connect with different devices?

Beoplay a6 newest firmware

Do you have any trouble with Connect on a different device? 

 

Also, you can try restarting your router to see if it helps.

I also have issues with my Beoplay A6 and Spotify Connect. When starting the app and playing a song there seem to be no music BUT what actually happens is that Spotify Connect turns the volume down to 20% and then the music is super low. I turn up the volume but whenever I pause the song the volume is lowered to 20% again. Super annoying!
