Spotify Connect stutters (Cambridge Cxr120)

Noticed there was a CXR200 post simiar to this with no response last month.

 

Just bought a new CXR120 and Spotify Connect stutters exactly as described in the CXR200 post (every 10-20 seconds). Cambridge Audio support told me to switch off Bluetooth on the device. I tried this and it looked like it had done the job, but just tried it from my iPhone and its still stuttering. Any help would be appreciated.

Hey @kat567890! Thanks for writing.

 

Could you let us know the Spotify version you're rocking, along with the operating system of the devices you're linking to your Cambridge CXR120 via Spotify Connect? If possible, let us know if this happens when the main device is using mobile data or under a WiFi network.
