Spotify Crashing On Mac El Capitan iMac

Hello, 

I recenlty starting having trouble with my Spotify app on my desktop. I am running El Capitan v10.11.6 on a late 2014 iMack Retina 5K 27" w/ a 4Ghz i7. The app just closes down. No crash, no error message....just closes -- seeminly randomly. Sometimes right at start up, sometimes after awhile. I have wiped the app and all the prefs and cache and reinstalled. Still happening. I am a premium member. Any idea on what to try to get this fixed?

Can you open Finder and browse to Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > SIMBL > Plugins, and delete SpotifyRemote.bundle? 

Let us know if that works when reinstalling the app.
