Spotify Family not working

Trying to add spotify family after I put my credit card and click start my premium for family nothing happens

Hello @CCSTATW. Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community!

 

RockStars and RisingStars have seen problems with the Spotify Premium for Family Subscription service over the past 12 hours.

 

At the moment all Community Stars do not know what is causing this problem.

We're currently waiting for a update from staff regarding the matter.

 

In the meantime, we ask that you read the following thread to see if you can resolve the issue yourself, or provide us with more information to troubleshoot the issue. Thank you for your patience.
