Spotify Gift 2018

Status: Not An Issue

I keep getting emails from Spotify with the subject line. "An artist you love got you a gift." I have filled out the form with my information to get the gift but every time I submit, it asks me to log in to Spotify and then tells me that all gifts have run out. I've attached screenshots of the email I got from Spotify and what happens after I submit my information. Any idea why this is happening?

Do you have the same issue if you enter all of your info and submit it using an incognito window? You can also try from a different device to see if it helps.

I tried incognito, using another browser and device and the same thing keeps happening. It tells me to login and when I do, it says the gifts have run out.
