Same issue with the yearly payment.
The same thing happened for me too, Paid via UPI for premium.
I paid via Google Pay UPI. It deducted one months money from my account but the payment came failed in spotify app. I have not received a refund yet.
Same with 1-day and 1-week subscriptions via UPI. Amount was deducted but nothing reflected on my Spotify account & got the red message saying the payment failed.
I paid for a week of premium but the same is not reflected in my spotify account.
Same issue, except I paid for a year. Amount was debited, but subscription is not active.
Same here. Tried to purchase the 3 month subscription through UPI on BHIM and it failed although the money got deducted.
Facing a similar problem. Unable to sign up for the trial via Debit Card.
