Spotify Premium not working offline

I'm paying for Spotify Premium for the sole reason of being able to listen to music when not on the internet and it is not working.  Stopped working after my 3 months for $1 promotion ended.  Now paying $10 a month for nothing.  Any help would be greatly appreciated so I don't have to cancel the subscription.

Can you give us a bit more info on what's going on when you try using Offline Mode? We'll also need to know what device, operating system, and Spotify version you're using.

We'll see what we can suggest once we have this info.

If the internet is not connected, nothing plays. I’ve tried this on an
iPhone 6s and a MacBook Air. If I go into settings and turn on offline
mode, it “grays out “ all my songs unless I download them to the device,
which eats up storage and is not worth paying $10 a month.

Hey @mtmartinez1624!

To use Spotify in Offline Mode, you need to download the playlists to your device's storage following this guide. This'll use your device's cache memory and a portion of your storage.

We also recommend turning on the Offline option under the Spotify Settings > Playback > Offline, every time you'd like to use the app in Offline Mode.

Right now, there's no way to use the app offline without downloading the music to your storage.
