Hi there,

I'd like to know why my account of Spotify Premium won't show a playlist that can be easiliy found on Internet into Spotify Web?

Here's the Playlist: https://open.spotify.com/user/soundpixelplanet/playlist/3wToZtlRFuDtdaUlWn25BB

Any solutions would be really appreciated. 🙂

That's great to hear!

Hey @inalau! Thanks for your post!

That's odd. Could you send over a screenshot of what's happening? Also, is this playlist yours or are you following it? Let me know! 🙂

Have an awesome day!

Hi Huib,

thanks a lot for taking your interest.

You can find below the screen copy of the (open) playlist I'm trying to subscribe to and then the one I easily find through Internet Explorer or Chrome...

Strange but it really happens and it is not the very first time this has happened when searching for other artists that won't appear in my Premium Homepage but do exist on Spotify.

Thanks for letting us know!

We'd recommend clearing your browser's cache/cookies and refreshing. After that, could you open the web player from an incognito window?

Just to verify, is this the only issue you're having with the web player?

Take care 🙂

Hi there Aimee_T,

I've cleared up my browser's cache & cookies but the issue remains
unresolved... 😞

If I type [Soundpixelplanet Spotify] on Chrome, for example and log on with
my Premium user, I can access and suscribe to these playlists with any
hassles. If I search from inside Spotify with the same string
"Soundpixelplanet", nothing comes up.

This point has not only to do with these specific playlists, but with other
singers... It is far easier to discover if they're indeed on Spotify
searching them from outside (Chrome, Explorer) than from inside.

Hope this helps to clear this issue somewhat out.
Thanks a lot again for your patience and your time.

Cheers!

Leonardo

Hi @inalau!

Let's try the following:

On the desktop's app browser, type "spotify:user:soundpixelplanet".

Let us know if this works for you.

Hi Leonardo!

It works like a charm!! Congrats!! I think that right now we're on the right way. How could this be done more "user friendly" for the rest of Spotifiers?? The point is that as I mentioned yesterday, it's easier to effectively find for contents from Chrome or Explorer than from inside this platform.
