Hi,
Our song has been shared more than 400 times on Facebook the past 48 hours (With the link as it should be). How come i see songs on the Viral-List that i know for a fact has been shared less times than our song?
How come our song is not on this list when it has been shared more than the other songs? Are we missing any requirements?
I know that the requirements change from time to time depeding on several reasons but does anybody have a good answer to this? Is it because the Spotify Artist-page is not verified yet or does the list not only count social-media-sharing but also total amount of plays?

Thanks for letting us know about this. The Viral charts have several factors to add songs. It's not only the amount of times a song is shared, also the different social networks where it's being shared and the number of plays in the app are important. Make sure to follow the Guide in the artist page to increase the chance of being featured in the charts.
