Spotify - Xbox One - Smartphone cant play songs on repeat.

On the Xbox One version of Spotify, you can control which songs play, but you cannot put them on repeat from your phone. On the Xbox guide snap you can change volume, skip, and reverse songs but you cannot place them on repeat from here either. It's very cumbersome to go into the Spotify app each time you want a song to repeat while simultaneously playing games.

How long has this issue been happening for? Have you ever been able to set a song to repeat on your Xbox or has it always been an issue?

Yes I have the option to put songs on repeat via the Spotify app on Xbox. But I cannot from the Xbox snap menu or my smartphone

Could you send us a screenshot of the Xbox snap menu? Also, is the option grayed out when you use Spotify Connect and manage the app through your phone?

In the meantime, try reinstallig Spotify on your devices.
