hey there, I cant seem to actually get on the app.. it says i need to own it and i do own it and have tried everything to fix it but nothing has worked..i contacted support and they linked me here so can anyone help?

Are you able to find Spotify in the Entertainment menu of your Xbox One, under All apps? If you're getting an error while trying to log in to your account, send us a screenshot of it.

Yes i see it but when i launch the app it just says you need to own this app and i do so i dont even know what to do
That's odd, @Retrobun.
Could you fire over some screenshots of what you see? It'd also be great if you could restart your wireless router or Internet modem, since this might give the app a fresh start when it's launched.
