Spotify and SONOS

Sometimes SPOTIFY will not play on my SONOS - it keeps saying connection lost. Others in my house have their own Spotify account and that works ok. Likewise in the SONOS app it says connection to Spotify is lost - please help!

I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling both Sonos and Spotify apps

In addition- Spotify just skips to the end of all the tracks, moves to the next one and skips again, etc...

Could you send us your device's make and model, OS, and Spotify version? Also, are you able to use a different device to see if the same issue happens?
