Spotify can't play songs from MULTIPLE artists

I've been using premium for over a year now and I never came across this problem before.  For some reason, my Spotify cannot play any songs from multiple artists and groups.  This problem is happening on my desktop and my mobile app.  Even though the songs aren't greyed out, I still can't play the music and it just says the song is not available when it clearly is.  This has been going on for over a week now and I've just been waiting for an update to fix this but that never came.

Hey folks!

Hopefully everything's working fine now. It's been a while since the last update on the post, so we'll be closing it for now. If you guys still need assistance, feel free to get back to us at any moment.

Take care!

I am having the issue with Mastodon and Kendrick Lamar. Spotify not being helpful at all. Also on twitter they are acting like this isn't a major problem affecting many people. Keep telling people to restart their phones and then not giving them any other info. Beyond frustrating!!! Canceling tomorrow if not fixed.

Hi everyone!

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

For those who haven't sent us this info yet, could you let us know what device, operating system and Spotify version you're using? Also, can you try to log in from your device using a different account (could be one from a friend or a relative) to see if this is still happening? If so, maybe the steps here could help you with this.

Keep us posted.

I already updated my phone and deleted and reinstalled the app. No help. I don’t have access to another account for now.

I was able to listen to Leonard Cohen again today. I did nothing to change anything since I first posted. It all makes no sense.

Hey @rushnetmx@atticus333@Fonstuik@WonderBoy734@caitmary, and @ThaKahunaPT.

Can you all send over your operating systems and Spotify versions? We'll also need to know what device you're info.

Thanks for the info @emifernandez@b_sapkota@Siriusorion.

Does logging out and back in make a difference? You can also try restarting the app and your device. Be sure to keep us posted on the results.
