Having an ongoing issue......I have Spotify Premium and listen mainly through my Samsung S7. I have music downloaded but its happened a few times now that when I go in to play downloaded tracks they have all been deleted. They are still there in my Music but have to re-download everytime in order to listen offline.
Very frustrating. App has not done an update which I know can cause the problem. Has also been pausing occaisionally saying my account is being used elsewhere.
Have signed everyone out and changed password. Also blocked Sonos all of which I know can be issues and yet its still happening....
Any ideas?
