Spotify did not bring music from old computer to new computer

Hello, I had the spotify client on my old computer for several months and created several play lists  as well. I sold my old computer and built a new PC and i have put spotify on the new PC. Well now the issue is All the songs i have saved is no longer on the playlists that i have created... I thought it was all saved to the cloud?! Well i have spotify on my phone and every song that i have when i had the PC client version is accurate as far as i can tell. Is there a way to get the playlists and songs back to how i had them or is there a way to transfer the playlists from my phone back to my client on PC?

Hmm, that's not cool. Could you make sure you're logged in to the right account on your computer? It sounds like you might have two accounts. Here are some instructions on how to check that.
