Spotify does not list downloaded tracks when slow / no internet connection

Operating System Version:

 Android 5.0

Spotify Version:

 4.6.0.772

Description:

 When my internet connection is slow or i turned it off, I want to listen to albums / playlists I saved to offline mode. The problem is, spotify does not list the tracks within the album / playlist.

I am not able to listen to the music I want. There is sometimes he notification "No internet connection". Yes you're right, but I don't neet internet connection to listen to tracks I saved to offline mode.

To reproduce:

1. Save Album
2. Select Offline Mode
3. Download all tracks
4. Wait till I used my data amount or disconnect internet
5. Close an open spotify player
6. Select an Album I saved offline
7. No tracks listed

Workaround:

 Shut Down spotify, get wlan connection, open spotify

Many thanks for posting in the Spotify Community!

This does seem an odd one. The best thing to try here would be to remove the devices listed at this link. Once removed, try a quick reinstall of Spotify by following these steps. Just to note, any tracks previously synced for Offline Mode will need to be re-synced.
