Spotify for Xbox without subwoofer-signal

Hi,

I’ve recentst switched from Deezer to Spotify primairely because of the Spotify-app on Xbox One. But there’s a problem with the app: it doesn’t put out any form of Subwoofer-signal and I’m left with a thin sound without much bass.

The audio-settings from the Xbox are fine; if I play a game or watch a movie, the subwoofer is doing it’s job. But when I switch back to the Spotify-app, there’s no signal getting towards my (active) subwoofer.

Could you let us know the configuration for sound system you're connecting your Xbox One to (2.1, 5.1, etc.)? We'd also like to know if reinstalling the app helps at all.
