It's been weeks now, and all I get to see is the loading screen. I tried reinstalling, doesn't work. Anyone knows what's up?

I do not get the chance to log in or out, since the apps get stuck loading when I try to start.

Have you tried to reinstall the app in both devices? Also, try to reboot the router and let us know how it goes.

Have you tried using a different connection? We'd also recommend you to restart the devices and make sure firmware is up to date.

I think I have tried everything by now. All other apps work and I have a working internet connection. I have restarted the devices many times.

In this case, try restarting the app by holding down the PlayStation button & selecting Close Application. Once closed, reopen the app.
