Spotify on BMW Connected Drive issue

Hi,

I am facing an issue of very low volume while connecting via USB to BMW connected drive to use the Spotify app.

BMW 535D 2015 and spotify app version 8.4.37.704.

Please advise a resolution to this.

How long has this been happening for? Also, what device and operating system are you using when this happens? Lastly, what troubleshooting have you tried so far?
