Hey @Hexmas! Thanks for your report!

Hope you don't mind I reply in English. Does this happen with every track or with specific tracks? Also, could you make sure your audio settings look alright? Let me know! 🙂

Have an awesome day!

Hexmas

Hey @Hubo,

the problem appears on every spotify track, but its most likely to hear with tracks that have many high tunes in it.

In fact i tried to find the audio settings in the "spotify on pplaystation" app, but i couldnt find them.

I was looking for a setting like one has on mobile devices, called "stream quality", do you know if there is any possibility to adjust this?

Thanks for your help,

SergioDavid

Thanks for getting back to us.

The bitrate on the PS app should default to 320kbps if you're Premium. If it sounds off, try resetting your network router along with the app to see if it makes a difference.

Let us know.

Hey @Hexmas!

Let's try reinstalling Spotify on your PlayStation and giving it another try. If you have Spotify Premium, the default quality should be 320kbps.

You can also try using Spotify Connect from your phone or another device to see if it helps. In this case, the quality should be the same as the main device.

Keep us posted.
