Spotify premium

I have been charged for the premium package but my account is still saying FREE and I can't get access to my songs. Please advise!!  I have logged out and am logged in under my Facebook page - any advice please asap thanks

I would suggest you have a read at and try the steps outlined in this post and see if they can get you up and running.

As far as I know, I only have my Facebook as login for Spotify. My subscription still says FREE - please help me out here.

Hi the Manni-ribeiro,

 

Follow the following steps

1. Go to the contact form page

2. Click on subscription

3. Click on Paid for Premium but im still on free

4. Click on: Why isn't my Premium subscription not working? 

5. Follow the steps

 

If it still does not work:

Check @SpotifyStatus for any service faults.

If it still not solved. Try to contact Spotify Support via this contact form.

 

Via this form it's possible to select the email to which you want Spotify Support to reply too.

 

If you recieve an automated reply email, telling you to check out the help section (faq) or the community, you need to reply back to it, saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply adress. The Spotify Support will contact you.

 

If you dont recieve any mail, look in your spam folder to see if there is an email there. Make sure you are checking the email account you used on the contact form.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

I have 2 accounts with spotify.

1. Spotify premium under email address ribeiro8@bigpond.net.au

2. Spotify free under email address manuelr@linkbusiness.com.au

Proble is that I want the Premium account to be on the manuelr@linkbusiness.com.au email address.

How can I change it? Somehow it has charged the wrong spotify account.

Can you please rectify it from your end?

I did some searching for you. This is what I found out:

Unfortunately it's not possible to transfer your subscription between accounts, but you can cancel the account you don't want to use. After that, upgrade the other account to Premium and then contact Spotify Support. They will be happy to help you out with your problem.

 

Get in touch with them via here: https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/
