I recently got Spotify premium and it won’t let me download my playlist. Every time I try too it shows me a Spotify premium ad. I have 2 devices and no downloaded tracks. Please help...

Firstly, we suggest you double-check the status of your subscription. You can check this by logging in here. If you're Premium, just follow these steps to sync music for offline listening.

On this website it says I have Spotify Free, but on Spotify it says Premium.... I don’t know what to do...
