Stations App Update

I have just install the Stations App, keep getting the screen as per image. When I press update, goes to the download screen for Spotify.  Am I misisng something?

 

I have uninstalled apps (Spotify and Stations App)

Cold restarted phone (XS Max)

When I update the Stations App it defaults to Spotify App (in the App Store). Why am I having trouble accessing Stations? Just started today (9-18).

Hi there!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

 

I'd also suggest updating to iOS 13.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I'll see what I can suggest next!

If you're experiencing this issue, we'd first recommend performing a reinstallation of the app as well as restarting your devices. You can also make sure that your device is running the latest OS version available.

 

If it persists after that, make sure to add your +VOTE and leave a comment with the following details (if you haven't already):

  • Your device and its OS version
  • Version of Spotify Stations
  • Version of the Spotify app
  • Does the issue occur on a different device? If so, make sure to include the above details for that device as well.

We'll be keeping an eye out for your replies. We'd also suggest subscribing to this thread to stay updated on any news we have.
