Stopped getting notifications of playlists I subscribe to

Description:

recently I stopped getting notifications of playlists I subscribe to. 

All the checklists under my preferences are correct

The only thing that has changed (that might possibly have contributed to this) is that I recently organized my playlists into folders.

I no longer get emails nor push notifications. I've verfied that my Spotify preferences are set properly (yes to email, yes to push, the "disable" checkbox is unchecked); also verified that my email isn't sending to spam, also confirmed that iPhone settings are still set up to deliver notfications, just as in the past

I'm not sure if I understand.

Under Notifications I see the option to be notified if "A playlist I subscribe to is updated", and that is checked. 

I don't see an option "track added".
