Streaming issues for Blackpink songs on different devices

As the title says, I've recently noticed a high pitched beeping sound on songs from Blackpink.  All songs from their latest album has this issue.

Hey folks,

Thank you for reporting this issue to us.

We just wanted to let you know that we've looked into this thoroughly and it seems to be a matter of content availability, which we do not have direct control of.

We'll mark this as NRN as we cannot change this on our own, but our teams have reached out to the distributor of the content and will work together to hopefully find a solution in the future

Thanks again!

The issue isn't about sound quality but a high pitched buzzing noise which occurs over the track of the song. I've already tried to adjust the audio quality from low to very high but the issue still persists.

Hey @julioruiz12

Thanks for posting - we’re here to help!

Could you confirm if you can still hear this sound after running a clean reinstall of Spotify on all your devices? We recommend this step since it'll get you the latest app version with all necessary updates.

If you still observe this after a clean reinstall you can report this to the relevant Spotify team. Check out this help page on how to report the issue you've spotted.

Hope this helps. Keep us posted.

I've been having the same issue recently. Did you ever find a fix?

Mihail

Hey @Telesto ,

Thanks for reaching out to the Community with this one.

Could you try logging out and back in to your account two times in a row? This prompts a resync with our servers. If that doesn't fix things, it's possible that some of the app files have gotten damaged. This is usually resolved by performing a clean reinstall using these steps. They are more thorough and make sure that no leftover files remain.

Hope this helps. Keep us posted on how it goes.

Hey @Mihail,

Thank you for trying to help me.

Unfortunately, none of these solutions fixed the problem.
