Streaming issues for Blackpink songs on different devices

As the title says, I've recently noticed a high pitched beeping sound on songs from Blackpink.  All songs from their latest album has this issue.

We'll mark this as NRN as we cannot change this on our own, but our teams have reached out to the distributor of the content and will work together to hopefully find a solution in the future

Since it seems that this issue is only happening on your account, we suggest that you create a new one here

 

Once you created a new account, we recommend checking if everything works well on it first. If so, you can find here the steps to know how to transfer the content from your current account to the new one.

So your solution requires that I change and abandon my previous subscription?
And if I don't have a laptop, do you tell me that I have to go through everything so that I waste my time?
abandon my profile of so many years because they cannot solve my problem and their only solution is to ask me to do something that I could do without their help but that obviously I did not do because I have no need to do it.
in that case I go to another platform, what need do I have to pay them again and waste my time like that?

I have been having the same issue with Blackpink's songs. Thought it was my headphone's/laptop's issue but other songs sound fine... Hopefully this gets fixed as many people are having the same issue.

As this issue is only happening on your account, the best thing to do is to create a new account. If you currently have a Premium subscription, you can cancel it by following these steps, then subscribe again in the new account.

 

If you need a hand with transfering your content over to the new account, get in touch with our Support team through any of the channels you'll find here.

  • I thought I was the only one having this problem! I’ve heard a horrible high pitched buzzing sound in the background of a Blackpink song BOOMBAYAH while driving in a car, once I’ve heard it I quickly changed on to the next track because it was hurting my ears... (but I got this issue in the Apple Music)

Would you mind letting us know if this is happening to all songs or just a specific one? 

 

If possible, could you ask a friend or a family member to log into their account using your device to see if they can replicate this?

All the tracks inside The Album have the same issue. Except the single version of How You Like That and Ice cream

Try too go on options and tick on the cellular quality audio and wireless audio to very high see if you get better quality sound .
