Streaming to Denon, Chromecast or Samsung TV is broken

Very often Spotify momentarily gets to the point of complete unusability.

On rare occassions I can play several songs without interruption but more often than not it pauses randomly.

This happens from every streaming device I tried to use it on and on every receiver device I triet to play it on.

I tried Samsung Galaxy S5, S8, iPhone 6S, Huwauei P9, P10, Windows 10 PC (wired to network and over wifi), Macbook Pro (tried with numerous Mac OS versions).

On receiver end I tried it on Denon X2300W, Chromecast (1 and 2), Samsung Smart TV (various models).

I tried it over different wired and WiFi networks, with receiving device being connected over cable or wifi.

The end result it always same. Spotify randomly pauses payback completely or mutes itself temporarily only to come back playing after a while. Quite often it pauses playback abd there is no way start playback again. It just stays in Pause mode and I can't do anything about it other than reset the app.

I tried from other accounts too (be it my family memebr account or complete stranger account), I tried the Logout from Everywhere trick but all to no avail.

I didn't observe those problems with other apps /services which allow stream to Chromecast, Samsung TV or Denon (i.e. YouTube, Soundcloud).

Looking for help if there is anything I can do to fix this rather annoying problem with otherwise cool app.

Hi, @JakubWrong!

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

Could you let us know the operating system and Spotify version that you're using on each one of your devices? Also, do you remember if this started happening after a specific update or event?

Keep us posted.
