Student Discount verification not working

Hello everyone,

 

We are seeing a lot of reports that the student discount verification is not working. 

 

There are two issues related to this:

 

1. The student discount page is not directing users to their school's login portal. This is the message they're receiving.

2. Students are getting a “You have already redeemed this offer” message when trying to sign up for the student discount after being verified by SheerID.

We're still looking into this, as soon as we have news, we'll let everyone know here.

 

In the meantime, please try these steps:

 

1. Try basic troubleshooting (i.e. clear browser's cache/cookies, try using an incognito/private window, different browser)
2. Try on another device.

3.  Make sure pop-up is enabled.
3. Check and make sure that you dont have any other accounts.

Se me realizo el cobro a mi tarjeta y luego de un tiempo el servicio no ha sido activado, quisiera saber que pasa o si me devuelven mi dinero o me dan algun codigo para canjear o cual seria el paso a seguir
