Here is the email I received from Spotify support! I feel very insulted that they just gave me the same solutions that were clearly STATED. Is this the help that you give your PAYING customers!

Hey there

Here's what we got from you: I once subscribed to family and it all worked out fine till I couldn't pay for the subscription. After renewing the subscription, my family members were not able to join back. I did everything the same way as the previous time only to fail. The error that occured for them was, "we couldn't confirm that you live in the same household as the host" I tried to find the page that could edit my address but to no avail as well. It has been on going for awhile already, I posted on the community to have no answer. Please get back to me asap, otherwise i would be paying for family subscription that only I was able to use.

They literally don't care, copy and paste answers all day long for me too, they dont read emails sent.
