Switch to family premium, but stuck in updating the address / changing the country

Hello there,


I'm just wandering would anyone help me this situation?

By joining to the family premium, I've already had my invitations from the family,

the thing is I get stuck on the same address, which all members should be located to the same one.


I subscribed Spotify Premium while living abroad and It didn't occur to me to

change the address after I came back home.

I tried to change the country on payment details several times, and It stays the same,

Then I realized the message below literally indicates that It will be effective

until the next day of the upcoming payment day.

Being upset with this, I chose to unsubscribe it which doesn't change anything.

I still have my address oversea, at the same time, the invitation for the family premium doesn't work.

It's frustrating.


Hopefully there is a way out or anyone knows how to send this message to the staff?

It would be much appreciated.

Hey @Sooky,


Double check that your payment info is deleted before changing countries. You will still be Premium until the remaining days of your subscription are used up.

What I'm suggesting you to do is this:


1. Go to your Subscription page.

2. Click UPDATE DETAILS. If it shows below 'Would you like to cancel your subscription?' click there and cancel.

3. Check the box to 'Remove', and click 'Change' button,

Note: If you have your Premium active you won't be able to remove your payment info. That's why it's important to cancel before clicking UPDATE DETAILS.

After you've removed your payment info, change your country in profile, and accept the Family Premium invite to ensure that your offline music won't be deleted.

Because I've already cancelled my subscription few days ago, 

I cannot follow the instructions, won't be able to do the action now.


I am seeking another way out to change the country..

so that I can use the family premium with the same address.
