Top Songs 2023 Playlist Missing

We’re receiving reports that the Top Songs 2023 Playlist is missing across multiple devices and markets. This is being looked into!

My Question or Issue

Today my playlist Your Top Songs of 2023 gone missing. I´ve been listening to music on Spotify since 2017 and I´ve never missed my Spotify Wrapped since then. 

I tried everything: going to the Wrapped page (waiting page for wrapped 2024 which says while you wait listen to your top songs of 2023), checked the mail in which I was notified about that specific Top Songs playlist last year, searched for it directly, checked the Q&A to recover eliminated playlists... and nothing works.

The playlist appears in grey in my app and when I try to play it, it says content not available at the moment. And when I clicked in the button for listen to your top songs of 2023 on the Wrapped 2024 waiting page, it sends me to the Top Tracks of 2023 playlist.

I like to have every Spotify Wrapped playlist on my library and what happened is stressing me out. Please help!

It has been removed for me, it may have caused such a problem due to the 2024 Wrapped

It's the same by my top-songs 2023. the are missing. Any suggestion to solve the problem?

My Question or Issue

My Spotify Wrapped from 2023 is also missing. The playlist "Your Top Songs 2023" is not visible anywhere in my library, and not upon searching. I've looked on desktop as well. It also does not appear in the "Recover Playlists", I did not delete this. I saved it when I got it a year ago. I have screenshots of the wrapped slideshow, but not of the playlist itself. I've saved every wrapped playlist since 2017, they're all visible upon searching. I have not changed accounts. The wrapped page on the website only shows 2024 and the generic, non-tailored 2023 Top Songs. Solutions to finding "Your Top Songs 2023" from earlier this year include a link, which no longer works.

I'm glad I'm not the only one with this problem, but I hope it will be resolved for everyone.
