Top Songs Playlist Doesn’t Have My Top 5?

Love the 2018 Wrapped feature, but my top 100 songs doesn’t have my top 5 from Wrapped, and has several songs that I’ve hardly ever listened to. I listed to Spotify for 77000 minutes this year, so there had to have been 100 songs that I have played more than once or twice. Help?

Same problem. None of my top 5 songs are in the 2018 playlist.

Can't be true because in that case they couldn't know your top 5 list.

I'm experiencing the exact same issue -- none of my top 5 songs from the online Wrapped widget (which I believe to be correct) are actually on my playlist. I can also count about 10 other songs that I know would be on my playlist that are missing. I'm so sad, because I look forward to this every year and Spotify is one of my favorite companies. I hope they can give us a way to recalculate it!

My playlist almost entirely consists of stuff I haven't listened to since January. The rest is all either random bits of standup or soundtracks I barely listen to.

Having the exact same issue as you, sounds like others are making posts similar to this. Would love for Spotify to fix this in some way shape or form.

Chiming in here too, my Top 5 songs are not even on my Top 100 playlist. Completely random order of songs and all over the place. Top 100 has songs that aren't even on any of my playlists. I've never had this issue with past years and this is always a feature I look forward to. Hope Spotify can fix this ASAP.

Yeah I'm having the same exact problem.  I contacted Spotify Cares on Twitter and they took hours to respond and then didn't help. They said they would "pass the information along" which is a bummer because that sounds like they aren't sure how to fix the issue.

Mine is doing the same thing. None of the Top-5 are in, and almost the entire playlist consists of music from artists I listen to a lot, but "meh" songs by them, or music I haven't listened to much, if at all, slanted heavily towards the beginning of the year. Something is definitely wrong.

more than half my 2018 playlist ive never heard of.... and it doesnt match my top songs from online. very dissapointed. starting to think someone else has been using my account bc i dont recognise most of the songs
