I'm using Samsung S6 for streaming and handsfree calling in my Audi A6 with MMI2 high and Dension Gateway 500S BT http://www.dension.com/automotive/products/car-multimedia-solutions/gateway-500s-bt

All systems has the latest firmware.

I'm using Youtube music, Tuneln Radio and other radio apps, Google Maps, Sygic maps, Glympse.

I'm using Spotify a lot all other places over wifi or bluetooth headphones.

In my car - everything works just fine - until i'm streaming over bluetooth with Spotify (6.9.0.1212 armv7)

If I receive a phone call - or tries to call when Spotify is active - spotify tries to take over the conversation all the time.

Result...either both music and phonecall with really bad quality - or a lot of noise.

To fix this - I have to manually "kill" the spotify services with bluetooth off. (Not a good thing to do in car, so I stop)

Can you please look in to this issue? When using other apps - no problem.

I keep getting e mail messages saying I haven't paid my account I always pay at the beginning of the month and am the only one on my account I thought I had this problem resolved so what is going on ?

Hi @RodrigoPalma . The problem is as initially described and happens when i stream to Dension GW.
Spotify can't be paused..when i do - or shift to radio or phone - it starts to play again automaticly - as described. It does not happen with f.ex Tuneln Radio app.

There was a new version released recently. Can you let us know if after updating the same occurs? We'll see what else to suggest.

I tried with newer version: 7.1.0.1025 armv7 - The pause/start problem seems to be okay now - but I need more testing regarding phone conversation takeover.

I'll keep you posted after the weekend

Hi @JuanSebastian,

The last version - it's impossible to pause or stop from the phone. It starts again after 2 seconds.

Still have to stop/kill the spotify to make it stop.. It's **bleep** and a real safety issue in the car.

Have you tried using a different device? If so, do you have the same issue?

Also, can you give it a try with an AUX cable?

Yes I've tried a different android device - same result.

Aux cable is not an option - as it doesn't include microphone for my handsfree.
