Trouble signing up for US Student discount

Users trying to sign up for the Premium student discount are seeing the error message "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again."

Hey folks, this issue is now fixed. If you're still having trouble signing up for the Student Discount in the US please let us know here. Thanks for your patience while we investigated this for you all.

I am also still having troubles with the student discount, but instead it tells me I am not eligible for the offer.

I had a question, can you resubmit yout student details to continue a student subscription once the 12 months lapses or do you continue paying the 9.99? I looked at the Terms and Conditions and it reads as if you can do it 3 times so i tried to resubmit so that i could continue at 4.99 since i just realized i was paying 9.99 for the past 4-5 months but it just tells me i am uneligible. Must i wait for my current premium month to lapse? I canceled my sub to test such theory but cannot until the 22nd of july =/


Having a tangentally related issue, but it extends to all premium offers, not just the student discount. When I click on any of the offers available, it seems like the page becomes unresponsive somewhere in the back end. The UI still seems to work and I can fill out the text boxes (on chrome, edge, and IE), but when I go to hit continue, the button highlights, an icon spins, and then the text fields go blank and nothing happens. When I try accessing any of the offer pages with Firefox, the whole browser becomes unresponsive and I get a warning saying:


A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding.



I have not tried using a different computer or a different network yet, but I intend to when I get the chance.


Edit: Just realized Adyen is the payment handler you guys are using. Is it possible they're the ones having issues?


I'm currently running into this issue. I had previously paid for Premium and canceled my account. Now that there's a student discount, I'd like to sign up again. However, when I fill out the form and click Submit I get the error message "Invalid form data. Please, check the information on the fields and try again." I'm unable to progress past this page. 

I did graduate a year ago, so I may no longer be eligible for the discount.
