Unable to change country settings as a free user

Some users are reporting having trouble changing their country settings on their Profile page as a free user. 

 

The dropdown box is grayed out for them:

Hey folks, this has now been fixed. If you are a Free user and you move abroad you can now change your country settings on your Profile page. Please note you'll only be able to change to the country that matches your IP address.

If you're experiencing this problem please write to us using the contact form and include these details:

 

1. Your previous country of residence

2. Your previous zip code/ postal code

3. Your new country and postal code

Hello, I wrote using the contact form to the spotify support following the advices in the first post including the information specified (country of residence, previous country etc), but after a week still no answer from the spotify support.

 

has been three weeks now that I can't use spotify and I'm seriously thinking of getting rid of it once and for all. I've been a paying user since 2012 and I'm very disappointed with this situation.
