Unable to login to app

I am able to login via browser, but unable to login to the app with same details. Also not able to connect Facebook. This is an account which hasn't been getting used and I am just getting up and running

Try resetting your password here to see if it makes a difference with being able to log in. Also, make sure you're following the exact steps shown here for connecting your account to Facebook.
