Unable to share songs on Instagram stories

My Question or Issue

I do not have the function to share on Instagram stories. Instead, I only have an option titled Instagram. When I click on it, it opens up my Instagram camera instead. Attached is an example of what I see.

Hello. I have the same issue here. I can't share the spotify track to Instagram Stories. I already clear cached, uninstall both aps (spotify and IG), restart my device. But the result still the same, it only show me my camera IG not spotify track as usual.

Hi,

I have found a temporary fix.
I tried to post from spotify to instagram and it open the camera instead, then went back to spotify and tried to post again with the camera already open on instagram and it worked.

I am unable to share music to Instagram. I have uninstalled both apps and reinstalled them, cleared cache, clear data, logged in and out and checked all permissions as well as restarting my phone and it still doesn't work but I could do it last week? I'm from the UK.

But spotify still have to fix this issue. And while I have to open Instagram with the camera already open before I share the spotify tracks to IG, I also don't even have canvas option on my spotify settings.

I have the same issue, i can't share what songs i've been listening to Instagram, it always get back to the menu share. Usually it will always automatically open on Instagram, and click the share button. But in this case, it didn't. I thought there's some problems with my phone, and i keep unistall both apps, and install them again, delete the caches, but its doesn't work at all

I did what you suggested - now it doesn't even lead to IG's camera settings. It just stays there...😅

I also have the same problem. Both of my apps are updated and i never had problems in sharing music on my ig stories. I hope this will be fixed. Thanks.
