Unable to stream content on the Spotify Kids app

Hey there folks,

 

We've received reports that some users are unable to stream on the app on recently created Spotify Kid accounts.

 

The error that they're encountering shows as ''No results''.

 

We've created this Ongoing Issue thread to pass on updates about this so make sure to add your +VOTE and subscribe if you're experiencing this.

We really appreciate your reports about this!

 

Our tech teams are looking into this at the moment. 

 

If you're experiencing this, make sure to first try the following first:

  • Close the Kids app completely
  • Reinstall the Kids app
  • Try switching to another kid's account if possible

If you're still having troubles with this, make sure to add your +VOTE and let us know the following details:

  • The device this is happening on
  • The OS (operating system) version of your device
  • Exact version of the Kids app
  • Troubleshooting steps you've tried so far
