Unwanted device accessing my account even after I "Log out of All Devices" + Change Passwords

This has been going on for a week now and so far I've been unable to remove the device that keeps connecting to my account and changing all my playlists and ruining all my radio stations with suggestions that don't match my tastes at all.

My official advice from the support staff was to uninstall my account and create a new one. 

I'm taking this as a direct show that Spotify doesn't know what to do about this. 

So if anyone else has any suggestions let me know.

It's to the point where paying for Spotify is pointless if they can't even provide adequate control over their own copyright licenses.
